In order to add media to a Program, you only need to navigate to the appropriate ‘@Media’ directory and copy over the desired files.  As an example, let’s look at the ‘Default’ Program folder found in the CLIO web application ‘content’ directory.

When you open the @Media directory, you’ll see a collection of images, videos, and objects all stored within it.  There are also folders, which can also be used to organize your media.  This allows you to organize your media by activity name, activity type, file type, object or whatever criteria makes sense for your Program.  It is required that these folder and file names do not contain spaces or non-alphanumeric characters.

Once the media is copied over, it is ready to be added to Activities.
