Pathfinder (activity type)

Overview

This activity type is a visual activity that uses a series of multiple choice questions to chart a path from an origin to a destination. Each question’s options can have additional information that is used to provide context to the choice and help shape their answer. As the user progresses, they can view the correct answer from the previous questions to help build connections.

Features

Multiple Choice

There are a total of three question prompts and each can have four options.

Look Closer

Each question option can have a Look Closer button that can open a rich text description, a gallery of images or a video.

Origin and Destination

The buttons showing the beginning and end of the path can be customized with an image and rich text description.

Examples

This activity asks the visitor questions about the Big-Eared Bats lifestyle to learn how it interacts with its environment.
